Judge Throws Out Field Sobriety Tests; Client Found Not Guilty
Client Found Not Guilty in Dallas After Judge Threw Out Results of Field Sobriety Tests
Mr. Lowe successfully argued to a Dallas County Judge that his client was pyschologically coerced by a Dallas Police Officer to submit to field sobriety tests. Because all of the State’s evidence concerning intoxication was barred from being admitted, Mr. Lowe’s client was found Not Guilty.
