Indecent Exposure in a Dallas Public Park, Case Reduced

On the day of trial, Mr. Lowe was able to get a client’s case reduced from a Class “B” misdemeanor Indecent Exposure to a Class “C” Disorderly Conduct. Client’s case will be expunged in a few months and all criminal records relating to alleged expsoure will be destroyed, including Dallas Police internet webpage containing client’s name and photograph.
