Client charged with one count of 2nd degree Indecency by Touching. Client faced up to 20 years in TDCJ and lifetime registration as a sex offender. After Mr. Lowe’s investigation revealed witnesses not disclosed by Dallas Police that directly controverted the allegations made, the District Attorney’s Office dismissed case on the day of Jury Trial.
