Kaufman County Felony Deadly Conduct Case Reduced to Misdemeanor Later Dismissed
While driving in Kaufman County, Mr. Lowe’s client fired a gun at another moving vehicle as a result of road rage incident. Mr. Lowe’s client was then arrested and charged with Felony Deadly Conduct and faced up to 10 years in TDCJ. After an initial investigation into the matter, Mr. Lowe was able to get the case reduced by the Kaufman County Grand Jury to a misdemeanor. Later on, Mr. Lowe was able to convince the Kaufman County District Attorney’s Office to dismiss their case. Mr. Lowe’s client did no probation and never went to trial. Mr. Lowe will expunge his client’s record.
