Garland Police arrest and charge client with Felony Deadly Conduct; Case Dismissed, No Probation
A client with no criminal history and an honorable discharge from the Marine Corps was arrested in Garland after firing his pump action shotgun through the wall of his apartment into a neighbor’s apartment. Client was arrested by Garland police and charged with Felony Deadly Conduct. Mr. Lowe’s investigation and Grand Jury work resulted in the case being reduced to a misdemeanor and subsequently dismissed. Client served no probation and will have his criminal history completely expunged.
