Dallas Federal Drug Case Sentence Retroactively Reduced by more than 5 years due to crack/powder cocaine disparity
Federal District Judge Barbara Lynn granted Mr. Lowe’s 18 USC 1352 Motion to Retroactively Reduce Sentence Due to Crack/Powder Cocaine disparity. Mr. Lowe’s client had been incarcerated on a 215 month sentence imposed 11 years ago. Mr. Lowe’s worked resulted in his client’s sentence being reduced by more than 5 years. Mr. Lowe’s client is expect to be immediately released from Bureau of Prisons custody.
