Prostitution Case reduced to Class “C” Disorderly Conduct
Mr. Lowe’s client, a professional businessman, was lured into a Dallas Police Department Vice prostitution sting as a “John” accussed of soliciting a police decoy prostitute near his hotel. Mr. Lowe’s client was charged with Class “A” Misdemeanor Prostitution and faced up to a year in jail. Mr. Lowe’s was able to get the Dallas County District Attorney’s office to reduce the charge to a Class “C” Disorderly Conduct so that his client could have his case expunged. Client’s case set to be expunged.
