2nd Degree Felony Aggravated Assault with a Handgun Case in Dallas County reduced

Mr. Lowe’s client allegedly pointed a handgun at an Oncor representative that turned his gas off in his backyard. Through Mr. Lowe’s work before the case was indicted, Mr. Lowe was able show the allegations to be false.
