Probation, No jail time for Habitual Offender (25 to Life)
Client on Parole and facing a minimum of 25 years to Life on Felony DWI gets probation with no jail time
Client arrested for his third DWI in Coppell while on parole. Because Mr. Lowe’s client had been to the Pen twice before, client was facing a 25 to Life sentence on Felony DWI. Mr. Lowe negotiated an agreement with the Dallas County District Attorney’s office and client received probation with 10 days work release. Client’s Parole was not revoked.

I made parole on a 8 year sentence on aug 29 2024 I caught a new charge of a cell phone but is charging me with k2 on paper but i didn’t get caught with it only the phone anyways. I made parole and had a detainer for this charge I went to county and bonded out I’m a habitual my first time was assault causing bodily injury this 2nd time is blurgary of hab now this charge will be the 3rd time they offered me 5 years for the first offer. I need to know how much it will cost me to get me probation thank you for your time
