Client charged in a 19 count indictment for mail and wire fraud in the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. Client was listed as the number one defendant in a 6 defendant Federal Mortgage Fraud scheme against Countrywide Financial. Client organized and recruited numerous other co-conspirators to defraud Countrywide out of $7,594,555.00.
