Texas Criminal Defense Attorney
Michael Lowe –
Principal
Texas Defense Lawyer
With more than 100 jury trials under his belt, Michael Lowe has strong and varied courtroom experience. Although many lawyers claim to be trial lawyers, very few can say they have actually tried more than a hand full of cases to a jury. Since leaving the District Attorney’s offices, Mr. Lowe has focused his practice on criminal litigation. Mr. Lowe has tried to a jury everything from misdemeanor DWI to Felony Aggravated Robbery in criminal courts in Dallas and surrounding areas.
While Mr. Lowe was at the District Attorney’s Office, he was entrusted by the current Dallas County District Attorney to prosecute high level drug traffickers in the Organized Crime Division. During his assignment to the Organized Crime Division, Mr. Lowe maintained an aggressive and intense jury trial practice focused only on narcotics trafficking. During this time, Mr. Lowe enjoyed an excellent reputation and fostered close working relationships with federal and state narcotics agents who represent virtually all law enforcement agencies in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Mr. Lowe has also tried to a jury several dozen D.W.I. and Assault Family Violence cases. In addition, Mr. Lowe has tried to a jury other very serious felony offenses such as Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Robbery, Robbery, Burglary of a Habitation, Burglary of a Building, Aggravated Sexual Assault as well as several high level narcotics cases.
