(pg 210; 1-4) Asked Mr. Madden if he had ever been cross-examined in federal court before and when Mr. Madden answered “No, sir”, Jackson states “You have now.” That doesn’t seem to constitute a cross-examination. Especially if Jackson is later going to accuse Mr. Madden of perjury. Seems now that Raymond Madden has managed to upset Klassen. These two must be clones, or is their some physco test one must fail before becoming a U.S. Attorney? Prosecutors have vowed to retry the case, but they also asked Junell to reconsider his Dec. 1 ruling that Madden’s most recent claims are relevant though untimely. Assistant U.S. Attorney John Klassen argued that an opinion handed down last month by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans showed Madden’s most recent request for post-conviction relief should be disqualified because it is not closely related to her initial request. Klassen also acknowledged the difficulties of retrying the case because much of the original evidence has been destroyed. Prime examples of our Justice System. Klassen this next week will charge the CI with federal charges. Lie after lie, mistake after mistake, just to build a resume.
