I apologize, M. Bill DAVIS, because you are Texan, a first hour Michael’s supporter, one of his 4 Texan supporters, to my knowledge!
We had not President Sarkozy’s help, like Skinner. We had instead the lawyers of O’Melvenny and Myers, it was a deadly fight against the corrupt state of Texas.
TO-DAY, M’AIM President is by Michael’s grave and we are crying with him, like everyday since that horrible October 3rd.

Michael’s Texas friend would like to thank Madame Durand and all of the members of M’AIM (Michael An Innocent Man) Association for everything that they did to secure Michael’s release and allowing him to have at least one month’s freedom and to reunite with his daughter Hope, her grandchildren and his son.

Michael Toney is FREE.
Strange sort of freedom: he is denied a passport to come to celebrate his “freedom”, with us who suffered with him during these 9 years, and paid a lot of money to help him!
Shall we invite Mike PARRISH instead, to celebrate his luck to be a criminal without any chance of knowing death row?

Yes, Michael TONEY walked a free man on Wednesday 2nd of September. WE, his Defense Committee, had paid the rent of an apartment for him, in August (for nothing) and again for September. There was a person who had come from North Carolina to live with him some time. BUT, on Wednesday 9th, The Att. Gal agents and officers arrived at the apartment and ordered Michael to leave immediatly. A friend who was there drove him away, with eight official cars around them, until the limit of Tarrant County.
I will add that the apartment and attending friend were REQUIRED by the State to release Michael. The State is guilty, but it gives its orders, BUT … does not pay!With the rent we had to buy plates and dishes,bedding, micro waves etc and finally Mike stayed there ONE WEEK. Thank you Honorable Abbot!Your services are disgusting from top to bottom.
Were there eight police cars around PARRISH when he was fired from Tim CURRY’s offices on May 28, 2008 ?
I read that at the criminal Law Center a room is now named “Tim CURRY” for the glory of his Offices without corruption and scandal!
During his first week of “freedom” Michael Toneywas followed by the Att. Gal agents AND a helicopter! I wonder if the cost of this helicopter comes from the electoral campaign funds…But to my knowledge, not a buck was given to Mike to survive. Thank you again, Honorable Abbot.
