Lynn Switzer is about as interested in seeing justice served as was her predecessor. (You all may remember him as “The Dope Dealing D.A.” (Richard James Roach) with whom Lynn Switzer was such a close personal ASSistant (emphasis added for a very good reason as I was there). Check out the website referenced in my info for more criminal acts committed by her. But, of course we were asking a TEXAS court to see her crimes and what is she but criminal, worthles filth as are the rest who refuse to see her crimes. I can say this and mean it.

I feel that Mr. Skinner is innocent of the charges against him, I am a former Correctional Officer at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice A.B. Polunsky Unit Death Row Sector I have worked the POD that Mr. Skinner has lived on for many days at a time and have had the opportunity to speak with him on multipul times he has spoken with me about his case and he seems sincere in the fact that he is inocent and I personally believe that at the time of the murders Mr. Skinner was to incompacitated by the amount of alcohol and narcotics in his system that he would be unable to commit the crimes. I have reviewed his case and have seen his case on Tru tv several times and have noticed alot of discrepencies in the evidence presented.

“The 5th Circuit thereafter changed its mind”, how does that happen? Who got to the 5th and why…who is Skinner taking the fall for that has some mighlty big pull?

WHY no DNA testing for SKINNER, while in Florida, TO DAY, BAIN was released thanks to this test?
Like for Michael TONEY, it seems that the TRUTH has nothing to do with SKINNER’s sentence….as a paralegal, he was boring “them”, so, better get rid of him! This is my feeling.
