Yes M. LOWE, it is orwellian!But thanks to Strauss-Kahn, we know that dollars speak louder than DNA.
I see that SKINNER has a new “date” for November 9th, while his request for some DNA tests must be considered in September….
And what about Troy DAVIS with the SAME prosecutor since thirty years!!!
For our Michael (TONEY) I don’t know what happened with the cellphone story. The lawyer was Tom BROWN of Livingston, but we were not allowed to join any of Mike’s lawyers, so since our cowboy’s death, it is complete silence.

Michael TONEY’s case:after having studied the case for 6 months, the prosecutors Ralph GUERRERO and Adriane McFARLAND have decided to send the bomb pieces to a BATF lab in Washington D.C., to detect DNA (24 years later and after 3 previous analysis without any result). TONEY is still in Tarrant county jail, after his conviction was overturned on December 17, 2008.
In the meantime, while illegally locked in death row for 10 years, he is indicted for having there a cellphone (because he is the only death row inmate without a death penalty now!).
