This guy owns this night and he gets off on being boss man of an afterhours club. He is still doing the same same stuff now. just in a dirtier business.he tried to pay a dj $100 for every girl he brought in. Him and four other guys brutually beat a guy down at the club and put him in ICU. He is bad bad bad man. How is he not locked up for good?

Yea right thats why the chief resigned and the guy who was a reserve investigator resigned.the other investigating officer was with the same pd.combine and testified he was made to sign an affidavit…….hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.I bet that if it would have been legit no one wouldve resigned ,oh sex parties? sign me up!

Meissner was not the victim of a vendetta. The text messages spoke for themselves. Furthermore, what the paper did not report is that another officer filed the Dallas charges against him, again based on his own messages.
