Michael intended to continue, when released, the fight against the wrongful convictions. So I guess he would help Hank SKINNER and Troy DAVIS today.
I wonder: is the USA “Justice” becoming a self service?

When our Constitution was written, people were not near as dishonest as they are today. Often, when the Supreme Court interprets the law and the Constitution,they talk about “the Evolving Standards of Decency”, but I think they are remiss to mention the “Devolving Standards of Indecency.”

Judge Foster, My name is Daniel Montes. I am writing you concerning Jaime Cortes. I was subjected to excessive force retaliation and suffered physical injuries. Jaime Cortes was present when this occurred along with Jeffrey P. Ransom, Demarquis F. Black, Thomas G. Jones, Derick Evans, Willie Faye Washington and David Bonner. Prohl’s indictment is directly tied to Sutton’s indictment. Prohl was indicted for, among other counts, taking $14,500 in gifts from Sutton’s asset forfeiture fund.
Prohl is also charged with taking money from the adult probation department, juvenile probation departmental, and almost $10k from Kerr County for “travel reimbursements” for expenses Sutton had already covered. You can see a good CNN Anderson Cooper 360 profile on the mess called “Good Cop/Bad Cop” that Gary Tuchman did, which first ran in June and again in December after Sutton’s indictment.

Lynn Switzer is about as interested in seeing justice served as was her predecessor. (You all may remember him as “The Dope Dealing D.A.” (Richard James Roach) with whom Lynn Switzer was such a close personal ASSistant (emphasis added for a very good reason as I was there). Check out the website referenced in my info for more criminal acts committed by her. But, of course we were asking a TEXAS court to see her crimes and what is she but criminal, worthles filth as are the rest who refuse to see her crimes. I can say this and mean it.
