Prohl was indicted for, among other counts, taking $14,500 in gifts from Sutton's asset forfeiture fund. Prohl is also charged with taking money from the adult probation department, juvenile probation departmental, and almost $10k from Kerr County for "travel reimbursements" for expenses Sutton had already covered. You can see a good CNN Anderson Cooper 360 profile on the mess called "Good Cop/Bad Cop" that Gary Tuchman did, which first ran in June and again in December after Sutton's indictment.
